This autobiographical book takes you through the authors defective fundamental program, ( Childhood program ), this set the program of all that he needed to achieve as an adult. This book ( program ) takes you through the authors nervous breakdown: explaining exactly what a nervous breakdown is. If you are a young person this program will help you understand mental impairment. This book will help you understand all of the modes of the operation of your brain.

This hook highlights the extreme religious mania that the author went through during the recovery period of the start of the nervous breakdown until the end of this recovery period 30 months later. It took 30 months to work out his defective childhood programming. This being in most part a religious program, and serious child abuse, causing a lack of morals as a teenager, and in late teens.

During this 30 month recovery period he worked out most of the operation of his brain realising that most of the data in his Brain was programmed from birth: and was just program. From the point of his nervous breakdown, to the full recovery where he rebuilt his brain that he terms as a reformat, he studied science: and analysed and accepted evolution. He rejected creationism as erroneous fundamental programing, ( childhood programming ),and became a believer in the theory of evolution, now known to scientists in 2008: as the fact of evolution.
