This is a proposal for global leasing / franchising agreements, between the trading business of Memetic1.com and others parties referred to as the lessee or lessees / franchised.

The lessee, or lessees, will be required to,

1. Be an established business of at least five years standing, in the printing or publishing fields.

2. Propose a fee payable to Memetic1.com, for the first years leasing agreement for the area State or Country in which the books will be manufactured or sold.

3. Propose a fee to be paid to Memetic1.com, payable for each book sold. A certified accountants report will be required as proof of sales. Book fees payments must be made monthly to Memetic1.com.

4. The books will be manufactured in recycled paper, or from sustainable, replaceable trees.

5. The books are currently generated as Quark Express QXB files, size is of the A4 / A5 formats. The lessee can only adapt the books / text by prior permission from Memetic1.com. The lessee will pay for the film to be manufactured for paper production.

6. The lessee will pay all taxes in their country and be responsible for payment of any arisen litigation, or their trading costs.

7. The lessee will only offer a simple in easy to understand English agreement for signing to Memetic1.com, this agreement will not include the sale / transfer of any of the intellectual copyright text or titles listed below.

BOOK CASH PURCHASING ARRANGEMENTS.

The three books highlighted on this site may be purchased in paper format for resale. Books can be supplied in lots of one thousand, payment can be by cheque / check or by bankers draft. Please write stating your projection / proposals / or for a quotation to,
